Speak. Inspire. Transform.
Healing does not stop. It evolves. I speak because I know what it means to care deeply about others and still carry quiet pain of your own. I want to help people suffering find steadiness, and I want to uplift women because too many have spent years caring for everyone else while losing touch with themselves. After over three decades as a physician, professor, researcher, and mentor, I now bring that same depth of understanding to a different space, through art and through speaking.
My work sits at the intersection of science, creativity, and human experience.
I speak to women navigating transition in midlife, as well as to organizations seeking more thoughtful, human centered approaches to wellbeing, culture, and environment. These are grounded, practical conversations that people can use in their own lives and work.
